As PEP Tribunal Resumes This Morning...

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting at the Appeal Court in Abuja resumes this morning.

Expectedly, Atiku and PDP will continue tendering matrrials as exhibits as well as call witnesses to prove the veracity of their petition.

Yesterday, the petitioners took a huge step towards proving their case via series of vital materials tendered, including CTC of INEC Form 001 of the second Respondent. Here, the second Respondent, Muhammadu Buhari gave information regarding his eligibility to participate in the election. In this form the president deposed to an affidavit on oath of schools he attended. Recall that investigations revealed that those schools were not in existence as of the time President Buhari claimed he attended them. This clear case of PERJURY is as serious and as strong as anything can ever be in this petition.

Also the six witnesses called by the petitioners have been able to establish, even under very hostile cross-examinations that...

1. HE Buhari is not qualified to be Nigerias president.

2.  Results were transmitted electronically via card readers to the INEC SERVER.

3. Results were collated in some areas where there was no election while party agents were forced to sign result sheets under duress.

4. Results were heavily falsified in many areas where election took place.

As the Tribunal resumes in a matter of minutes, more revelations via witnesses are certainly on the cards.

Stay tuned to this mother of all petitions as...
